Drag and Drop Error
When trying to drag and drop a file from Explorer to SharePoint location via Outlook receiving the following error......
An unhandled error has occurred in the drag/drop operation (Items_ItemAdd event handler). Please try the drag/drop operation again.
Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Thank you for the screenshot.
Is this occurring for all libraries, or just this one?
Can you please enable logging via OnePlaceMail Settings | General tab.
Please carry out the drag/drop and send this log file through to
support at oneplacesolutions.com
Can you please include a screenshot of the document library settings (the columns in this library).

Hi Elissa,
we also have this problem in version 7.3.0. although is happens with drag/drop AND also when we right click an attachement in an e-mail and "copy to sharepoint"
We just upgrade to the latest version 7.3.3. but this error still remains.
Any thoughts? Thanks
