Hi
You will be able to upgrade to our latest version if your maintenance plan is still current.

HI Elissa,
I guess we'll have to ask the software licensing team internally as that is the version we've been given to install, or does our corporate license allow us to upgrade ourselves?

Andrew

Hi Andrew
Would upgrading be a possibility?
There have been some fantastic additions since the version you are using - including our just released 6.5 version. Upgrading your software will also resolve this issue for you.
Please let me know
Kind regards

Hi Elissa, no we seem to only have licenses for 6.0.8 at the moment.

Hi, one of my clients is having a similar problem although it seems to be a different application listed in the error:
The OnePlaceMail Outlook add-in encountered an unexpected issue.
Error: Exception of type 'System.OutofMemoryException' was thrown
Application: FileToWSSOutlookAddIn
Method: Void .ctor(System.String, System.String)
Stack Trace: at FileToWSSOutlookAddIn.FrmGettingStarted..ctor(String categoryNameOnTransfer, String setCategoryOnTransfer)

at System.ComponentModel.BackgroundWorker.AsyncOperationCompleted(Object arg)
I've tried the solution listed above to no avail - any other ideas?

Andrew

Hi Timon,
thank you for reporting this problem.
Could you please confirm the issue is reproducible after workstation restart?
If so, could you please:
1) Uninstall OnePlaceMail
2) Delete the Scinaptic folders under User/AppData (Local and Romaing folders)
3) Delete the Scinaptic folder under C:\Program Files\ (or C:\Program Files (x86)\
4) Install OnePlaceMail and try to reproduce the issue.
Please update this topic with a results. Thank you.
