Error Installing OnePlaceMail Lite on Office 2016 64 bit
I have an issue installing OnePlace Mail Lite on a Windows 64 bit system that is running Office 2016 64bit via Office 365. The error message (screen shot attached) is 0x81f40001. As the error message refers to having an earlier version of OnePlaceMail installed I have checked Programs and Features - not installed. The error message also refers to not having the required version of Microsoft Office installed - as mentioned the machine has Office 2016 64 bit.
