I installed OnePlaceMail Lite but received this error. It seems working but I can't see the add in so I can't change any settings. Attached is the screenshot.

    Apologies for missing your response.

    Can you please ensure that you have uninstalled the current version.

    Please confirm you have both pre-requisites installed

    1. Microsoft Visual Studio for Office 2010 (VSTO)

    2. .NET Framework 4.5

    Once you have uninstalled this version, and checked the pre-requisites, can you please try to download/install again.

    Thanks for your reply. I'm currently using Office version 15.0.4745.1002.

    I didn't have OnePlaceMail Express before.

    Could you please confirm the version of Office you are currently using?

    Have you recently upgraded Office?

    If you previously had OnePlaceMail Express installed, can you please confirm this has been uninstalled (via Control Panel, Programs and Features)
