Outlook keeps crashing and non responding on terminal server session

Tried opening outlook in safe mode and works perfect without oneplacemail add in

    Can you please confirm you have Outlook 2010 installed on the TS?

    The version we are using is 25.0.6

    Could you please help me how to check whether the add in is set to be loaded for all users on TS?
