Unable to process request - access denied
i seem to have an issue with emails remaining 'checked out' after save? this causes workflows to fail, and documents constantly come up with an error: "server was unable to process request --> Access denied', even though the email actually gets saved.
thoughts?

Could you please confirm whether there are any event receivers on this document library?
