yes it's listed and checked in. meaning it's not checked out if that's what you mean.

getting same issue with SharePoint Foundation 2013. had to delete All Minimal View. For Outlook to browse to it.

Thanks, I have investigated this issue further.

I believe you have installed the sandbox solution. Are you able to check that the OnePlaceMail Master Page is in the Master Page gallery?

If this is not available, then you will receive the "File not Found" message you had earlier when viewing the 'Minimal View'.

Also if you are able to provide a copy of your config.xml file ( located in the OnePlaceMail user directory eg: Users\\AppData\Roaming\Scinaptic\OnePlaceMail)
