"Server Components are out-of-date" error

As of today, all of my users began getting the "OnePlaceMail Server Components are out-of-date

" error. We are using the 6.3 free edition client for Outlook 2010 on 2010 SP foundation which does not use the Server Components. Have searched everywhere. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a newly downloaded client but it made no difference. Help!

    I am now beginning to think it is related to the out-of-band patch Microsoft put out a few days ago. I had at least two users who did the update this morning then noticed the problem.
