OnePlaceMail not capturing the body of an email when I saved to a List.
If I copy an email into a list, it captures the correct data in columns such as Date, Content Type, Title but it doesn't input the body of the email into the Description column. Currently I have to manually copy the body of the email into the Description column. Is there an alternative to this method?

Hi Colin,
It does work but it has real limitations, especially if several correspondence is within one email. It makes the content pretty unreadable.
Currently, I have to remember to copy the body of the email before I use OnePlaceMail, otherwise it won't allow me to access Outlook once OnePlaceMail is open. As an Enhancement, it would be good if the user could copy the email (body) at any point ...but I imagine that this wouldn't be possible?
Thanks,
Angharad

Hi Angharad,
Please refer to our admin guide section 3.2.15, this should help you enable the capture of the Email Body column:
