    Hi Sven,

You are receiving 'the selected location is currently unavailable' message? Can you confirm that you are clicking on a library or list?

Are you able to select any libraries in your site or is it just one you receive the error with?

Can you try going "Manage My OnePlaceMail Folders" and add the library as a Favorite location and then try selecting the node under the "My OnePlaceMail" node in the save to sharepoint window and see if you get the same result?

    Hi Angharad,

I can see your need for adding emails to existing list items. I have added this to our product backlog for consideration in a future release.

    Hi Angharad,

Currently this is not possible but this is a great enhancement idea which we will consider in a future release.

One possible workaround is to use a document library to file emails to and have a lookup column in this library that looks up up the issues list so you can relate emails to a particular issue.

This allows you to have multiple emails related to a particular issue (list item).

Another approach is to use Document Sets - so create a new document set per issue and file emails to that document set using OneplaceMail.

Hopefully the options above give you some alternative architectures that will help solve your problem.

    Thanks

    Colin

    Hi Angharad,

Please refer to our admin guide section 3.2.15, this should help you enable the capture of the Email Body column:

    Hi Justin,

Can you try using the copy and move to SharePoint buttons with OnePlaceMail and see if you get similar results?

    Thanks

    Hi Justin,

I don't think it is the pst file that's the problem. When you drag and drop emails we perform a 'save as' to a local temporary folder. For some reason it is failing on a particular email so the email is not able to be saved as an msg locally prior to transfer to SharePoint.

Is there any way you could narrow down to the partuclar email that is causing the issue? If you identify this we could look at the email subject (msg filename is based on this and we strip out invalid filename characters from it) and contents of email to see if there is anything specific with it.

    Thanks in advance

    Colin

    Hi Eric,

Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. I have been unable to reproduce in Outlook 2013 but can reproduce it in Outlook 2010. Can you confirm you are using Outlook 2010?

The problem is due to an ampersand character in the url. We have added the issue to our issue list and will be addressed in our next release of OnePlaceMail.

    Thanks

    Colin
