Preview file with "open" function
Hi
Is there a possibility to have a file preview when we use the "open" function ?
Is there a configuration to set up in the config file or it is not possible to have a preview with "open" ?
Thanks in advance
regards

Hi,
Thank you both for your replies.
We use R6.6.1 at the moment, but we should upgrade to R7 in few weeks.
Thanks a lot

As Elissa mentions, the Insert from SharePoint window includes file preview (R7.2). As at R7.0 the 'open' button was replaced with the 'Explore' button. The Explore button launches the Docs Explorer window (which includes file preview) allowing you to open and perform many other actions also...
If you're using OnePlaceMail Lite (previously known as Express), the Explore button will not be available as this is part of the OnePlaceDocs product. If you're a client upgrading from OnePlaceMail 6.x (previously known as OnePlaceMail Enterprise Edition) to OnePlace Solutions suite of products, please contact customer service for licensing information. customerservice (at) oneplacesolutions.com

Hi Vincent
Currently, it is possible to preview a file in the 'Insert from SharePoint' dialogue box when inserting a file from SharePoint into a new email.
The Docs Explorer does offer a preview function. This can be turned on the the View tab, in the Docs Explorer ribbon.
Kind regards
Elissa
