How to move incorrectly stored email with OncePlaceMail
Hello,
I was wondering how to move incorrectly stored/archived emails with OnePlaceMail, from library/document set to another one without having to do this via SharePoint itself.
Can you please assist?
Thanks - Joost Storms
We are pleased to advise that the ability to move an item in SharePoint is now available in OnePlaceMail Desktop, this brings this feature to be available in both OnePlaceMail & OnePlaceDocs.
This enhancement is available as part of OnePlaceMail Desktop release 8.3.

Hi Zach
Thank you for the feedback and feature request.
These are great ideas, as you mention this is available in OnePlaceDocs but would be great to see this available in OnePlaceMail Desktop too.I will update this thread as there are any changes
Kind regards

Feature request to add the ability to move items between folders and document sets
If you save an email in the wrong folder, you should be able to drag it from one folder in oneplace to another or right click and hit "move to" like with oneplacedocs explorer
It would also be nice to be able to rename and delete folders/document sets (if the user has the permission to do so in sharepoint)

Hi Joost
Thank you for your inquiry. Currently it is not possible to move files from one document library to another, within OnePlaceMail.
This enhancement is on our product backlog, and we hope to include this in the near future.
I have made a note to update this topic, once this has been included in the product.
Kind regards
Elissa
