Custom Document Libraries Missing in connected site collection
I have an Office 365 site, migrated from earlier Office 365, and most of the libraries are not shown when I create a site collection connection. Is there a limitation on custom content types in document libraries?

Hi Jess
Thanks for the update.
The config.XML sits in your profile at c:\users\\AppData\Roaming\Scinaptic\OnePlaceMail.
IInstructions on how to create the config_update.xml file and how to deploy this can be found in our Administration Guide, page 5-7
Can you please confirm you are using Enterprise Edition?
Kind regards
Elissa

This is exactly the cause and solution, but unless I'm missing something I don't see where I am supposed to modify/create that XML. I am currently using only the client version.
1) Does the Enterprise license come with the Server components that would let me centrally manage these changes?
2) How/where do I set the changes for client only?

Hi Jesse
Thank you for your inquiry.
OnePlaceMail has a default set of list and libary types that we support. OnePlaceMai also allows you to specify custom list definition id's that are not part of the default set.
Please refer to our Administration Guide, page 56 for further information.

Please let me know if you have any further issues or queries
