How do I create OPM locations for Folders within Libraries
The users have unfortunately bene permitted to create many liibrary folders - which limits their ability to drag and drop.
At present I cannot find a way to create OPM locations to their favourite folders so they create a OPM structure for drag and drop
Is there a way for them to create shortcuts

Hi Ian,
thank you for your question.
To create a shortcut to a list/library/folder, in Outlook open OnePlaceMail tab - click Manage My OnePlaceMail Folders and add required location from left to right:

Then users will see these shortcuts on the left hand side of Outlook under "- My OnePlaceMail -":
