Allow for OnePlaceMail to automate copying emails to SharePoint
Hi, it would be great to have the option to turn on automatic capture of emails to SharePoint libraries. Ideally this could work if you have saved the first email to the folder and future correspondence is automatically saved to that folder

Hi,
Thank you for your comment. Currently it is not possible to automatically save emails to a SharePoint location based on previous emails in the email thread saved to that location (unless you were using an Outlook rule to automatically file emails into the required OnePlaceMail location).

Hi Nick
You are able to turn off the prompt when saving an email to SharePoint.
If you set the default content type in OnePlaceMail Settings, to the name of the email content type that appears in your SharePoint site (and this content type has the site columns for OnePlaceMail), the email will be saved, automatically using this content type.
Presuming there are no additional columns in your library, the user should not be prompted during the save process.
Kind regards

Hello there,
We hope to place email automatically into SharePoint via Outlook 2013 (with OneplaceMail v6.5)
I've setup an outlook Rule which copies the email into the OPM 'mailbox' which is working great.
An email comes in, and OPM pops up to prompt for Meta-data.
My question is can we extrapolate meta-data automatically from the recipient email address as meta-data AND automate the OPM process so that it becomes fully automated and does not show the Outlook user a Prompt at all.

Hi Joe
Thank you for your inquiry.
Currently there is no feature to automate moving emails to a specific document library.
You could add an Outlook rule to move the email to a specific location in SharePoint. Please add the location to the 'Manage My OnePlaceMail folders' so that the required location appears in the OnePlaceMail .pst in Outlook.
Please let me know if you have any further queries or issues.
Kind regards
Elissa

Is there any way to set this application up to automatically copy an attachment or email as soon as it comes into your mailbox to a default SharePoint online library?
Thank you
