An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Diane
-Anti-virus scanning of OnePlaceDocs-
• Every release of our software (all our ‘desktop’ products) is submitted to Microsoft for analysis prior to being available to the public.
• I suspect Kaspersky could have been triggered by the registry key that gets added to Windows to start OnePlaceDocs Explorer when you login to your machine.
• Submitting ‘oneplacedocsexplorer.exe’ directly to Kaspersky for analysis detects no issues,
o I implore you to submit the same executable(s) from your machine to double check: Kaspersky Threat Intelligence Portal — Analysis-Next Steps-
• If Kaspersky on your machine still triggers on OnePlaceDocs, you may need to add an exception for it.
• You may need to investigate whether something else on your machine is infecting executables that are configured to start at login.~AG

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Stuart,
Thank you for your comment. An email has been sent to you on this, but for others' reference the column order within the 'Properties' pane in the 'Save to SharePoint' dialog is relying on the column ordering as configured in SharePoint. Go to Library Settings > Select the content type > go to 'Column order' to reorder the columns.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Martins,
Thank you for your comment. There are no plans currently to be able to filter by date range from the content grid view in OnePlaceDocs or OnePlaceMail, but we will provide an update if there are any changes in this area.
As a work around, there is the possibility to configure and surface search locations/pages in OnePlaceDocs and OnePlaceMail via Settings > Search (these locations can also be configured centrally via OnePlaceLive Configuration Profiles) which will allow you and your users to quickly connect to locations in SharePoint and find information if their is a requirement to access SharePoint in the browser.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Martins,
Thank you for your comment. We greatly appreciate your enhancement request.
Having a pop up message and the ability to enable/disable the pop-up if a user closes the 'Save to SharePoint' window without clicking 'Save' is something we can definitely consider in the future.
We will update this post if there are any changes in this area.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Robert,
Thank you for your comment.
Currently, when saving through OnePlaceDocs in Excel only .xlsx and .xlsm files are supported.
The Product Management team are aware of this and we will provide an update if there are any changes in this area.
A potential work around is to save the XLSB files to your machine, right-click and select Send to > SharePoint (OnePlaceDocs functionality) to save the file in the required .xlsb format. You can also save XLSB files via OnePlaceMail Desktop (if saving an attachment) or upload directly via OnePlaceDocs Explorer from File Explorer.- DH

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Ralf,
Thank you for your comment. We appreciate your enhancement request to have the ability to select multiple values via the MMD column picker. Currently, you can use the search box to find and add these values/terms quickly.
We will provide an update if there are any changes in this area.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi
This error usually occurs when one of the XML configuration files becomes corrupted.
Can you please:
1. Navigate to ‘%appdata%\OnePlace Solutions’ in Windows Explorer on the afflicted machine
2. Check whether any of the XML files:
a. have an issue opening with Notepad /
b. appear completely blank when opened /
c. report as ‘0kb’ in size
3. Delete said XML file(s)Please reach out to support@oneplacesolutions.com if you require further assistance

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Norbet,
Thank you for your comment. I will provide an update here once there are any changes in this area, regarding the support for Email Tracking in the OnePlaceMail App and updating the email with the 'Transferred to SharePoint' category once OnePlaceMail for Desktop detects that the email already exists in that same location in SharePoint.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Nigel,
Thank you for your comment. We appreciate your feedback.
Currently we only support saving emails\attachments to one location at a time. This is to avoid data redundancy, so that their are not duplicates of the same emails stored in different locations.
However, if you want to store emails\items in different locations in SharePoint, the 'Copy To' functionality will be made available in our next release R8.4. This will allow you to copy items in SharePoint to other locations, but you will only be able to copy to one other location at a time.
I will provide an update on this post when R8.4 is available.

Hi Matt
Thank you for your post.
SharePoint has a function to handle versioning when you replace an existing file / upload a file that already exists.
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/how-versioning-works-in-lists-and-libraries-0f6cd105-974f-44a4-aadb-43ac5bdfd247
If you upload a file (natively or using our product(s)) and overwrite an existing file, the new file is saved as a new 'Major' version. You can surface which Version a file is in a SharePoint View via the built in 'Version' field in SharePoint, and you can access versions of a file using the 'Versions' tab in our products.
Can you please clarify if your request is to be able to 'Keep both' as the other option offered by SharePoint in the browser? (file gets uploaded with the same name and a (1) appended)
