My windows login is different from the sharepoint login. regardless, I entered the sharepoint login information in the CREDENTIALS tab, but it still errors out. I also put information in the PROXY tab although I am not sure what tab it pulls from to "open" the site. I am able to "launch" the site by entering that data in setting.

My goal is to fill out a list form and copy a email with attachments into the document library. The copy procedure needs to open the location and that is the step it is failing.

Dont understand..."machine" Do you mean logging into windows? Please also note we use sharepoint via a hosted server...i think that matters if i read a post correctly.

Hi Bill and Elissa (yes, me again!)...I am experiencing the same error - its a 401 unauthorized error. Its not asking me for name and pw data and its does not seem to be following the credentials I entered into the OPM settings tabs.

I followed the referened KB. I can get in via on the launch button, but not the open folders button - it connects, but does then gives error loading folders?

    thoughts?.

This worked and the buttons reappeared. Awesome. Thanks for your help!

I emailed support for a screen share.

I also looked at your second email. I have Office 2010 and it was not upgraded from 2007 at least recently or after your app was added. I also added the VSTO error code. It did not work upon reload, but I did capture the detailed error which I am uploading. https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1093990/elissa-090114.PNG?1409606336

I checked and it was set at 2. I modified it to equal 3, updated and rebooted. I then repaired the software again and reopened outlook. The buttons still did not appear. Same status - loads and is in active add on, but the buttons do not appear in the menu? Adam

It worked the first time I installed, but my system locked up for some reason and then the next time I logged into Outlook the buttons disappeared. I repaired/reinstalled the system – made sure all signs of your program was out of the registry. I also repaired outlook...still not working? Other troubleshooting was not related to my issue.

No buttons show on the toolbar and not listed in the customization bar...

Its active - in active section and the button is checked
