An error occurred while saving the comment M commentedThanks for the update Elissa. Nice to see the company listening to their customers.
But I don't see any easy way to update OPM Lite from 7.2 to 7.3. The logical place to find such a feature is from Outlook > Oneplacemail > About > Check for updates.
The only way i see is to (1) uninstall R7.2 Lite, (2) install the full featured suite R7.3, (3) then after 30 days uninstall that and (4) re-install 7.3 Lite.
Surely not!!!! The last time there was an upgrade, we complained loudly that this was a ridiculous waste of time. And you promised that the update would be easier in future releases. See James Fox's reply...
"Note: A user can move from OnePlaceMail Lite 7.x to the next OnePlaceMail Lite point release directly (not needing to go through the full product evaluation process as per the first process). "
All I want is a link to update R7.2 Lite to R7.3 Lite. Possible?

Any chance you could please send me that URL to perform the 7.1 to 7.2 update?
Thanks again for your help.

That's fantastic news. However it did not direct me to a download - only the release notes. (see attached image).

An error occurred while saving the comment M commentedInformation for anyone in the same boat as me.
Now the 30 day trial is complete I can report that the next steps are extremely frustrating. When the trial is complete you are send another link to the Lite version. The Trial must be installed from the PC and the Lite version installed.
So...don't install the Trial onto a client's computer because you will just have to waste heaps of time uninstalling and re-installing.
Tip to the wise - Put the Trial on your own PC. Wait 30 days until you can get the Lite version downloaded. Keep the Lite version and use that to demonstrate to clients the wonderful features of OPM.
Oh...why do they have to make it so difficult????
And yes.... the same features are available in OPM Lite 7 as were available in OPM 6. Doesn't seem to be anything new.

An error occurred while saving the comment M commentedHi Elissa
I am a support technician and a OnePlaceMail reseller.
This problem is happening on my server and also on two of my client's server.
The server files can be successfully uploaded to SharePoint using all the following techniques:
1. Explorer View
2. Drag and drop from Explorer to SharePoint library
3. Using the SharePoint library Upload button.
We experience the same issue if the file is copied to the desktop and Send to > SharePoint.

Hi Elissa
Appreciate your time and effort to answer my queries.
Don't want to be rude but that link is pretty useless to be showing a client (quite vague).
I was thinking of something more user-centric, more about the actual features; something like this page from MS:
https://products.office.com/en-au/business/microsoft-office-volume-licensing-suites-comparison
or this
http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/html/pbpage.OfficeCompare
or this
