    Hi,

So tried opening with both files - same errors.

Then tried after I logged in on her computer and the rror persists but was able to see a "Details" window which indicates the problem is the VSTO 2010 referenced above and that the system administrator is blocking it. This might be a question for the internal IT dept however I wouldn't have thought my colleague's access/rights would have been different. And I was able to see VSTO in the Program Files on her computer.

Wouldn't this VSTO Runtime be installed as part of Microsoft 2010?

    Thanks

    Russell

    Hi Elissa,

I can confirm the .NET Framework installed is version 4.5 and that VSTO Runtime for 2010 is installed (teh way I checked VSTO was through the Program Files folder which I gather may not necessarily be reliable?).

    Thanks,

    Russell
