Hi there, OnePlaceMail includes site columns that we recommend you add to your SharePoint environment as site columns / add email content type.
When this is added - and an email is saved to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail, we will capture the email attributes (To, From, Subject etc) and promote these to columnsAs part of these site columns, there are two additonal columns - which capture the original created and last modified date of a file. To install the email columns - please select the following link: https://www.oneplacesolutions.com/help/7.8/installation/email_column_pnp.htm I hope the above helps, please let me know if you would like further information thanks Elissa

      Hey there
Thank for getting in touch.have you added site columns to the document library? You should be able to show the "Created" column to the document library, to see when the email was created in SharePoint.
If you have added our columns, you will also be able to show the Email Sent or Email Received date, which captures the actual email date. Please let me know if you'd like some further information Kind regards Elissa
