Install Problem
We are installing OnePlace on 30 workstations and so far it has been VERY easy and straightforward; however, I can't get Mail or Docs to install on one laptop running Win 8.1. Install goes straight to "complete" and installs nothing.
Apps appear in Control Panel list, but no where else.
Any ideas?

Thank you for the update Jeffrey,
Can you please select the following link and try to install using the MSI instead?

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.
Kind regards

Elissa,
I made sure NET Framework (full framework ) and Microsoft Visual Studio for Office 2010 were installed, then attempted to install oneplacedocs and oneplacemail. Still won't install, but does show up in Programs via Control Panel, but does not appear on any Programs menu.
It will install OnePlaceLive, which we are not licensed.
I dunno

Thanks Elissa,
We are installing both OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs.
I will check items 1 & 2 and retry the install.

Hi Jeffrey
Thank you for your inquiry.
Can you please confirm whether you are using the exe or msi files provided?
The exe should check that all pre-requisites are installed. The pre-requisites are
1. .NET Framework (full framework )
2. Microsoft Visual Studio for Office 2010
links for both of these can be found here :

Are you able to advise whether you are installing OnePlaceMail, and or OnePlaceDocs?
Kind regards
Elissa
