Can a web application URL be added to OnePlaceDocs such that the tree structure shows all the site collections within it?
Hello, we are testing a trial version of OnePlaceDocs and OnePlaceMail.
Is there a way to add an url to a sharepoint web application in "Click to Add SharePoint Connection" such that it shows all the site collections within the web app in the OnePlaceDocs tree structure?
Right now, if I add the web app url, it shows only the root site and its contents. Otherwise I'll have to add all the site collections manually.

Hi Max
We would recommend using OnePlaceLive configuration Profile service.
This is a free service available for all OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs customers.
Using OnePlace Live Configuration Profile service (available with R7.4) you are able to create profiles for different parts of your organisation, and deliver site collections that are relevant to them.
Please find some further information here:

Also, please feel free to send an email to support at oneplacesolutions.com and we will be happy to assist.
Kind regards

Thank you for the update. How do I then add 30 site collections to the OnePlace clients of 300 users? Is there a GPO setting?

Hi Max
Unfortunately this is not possible, you can add the root site, and/or add a SharePoint connection to resolve to the site... not the entire web application.
