1. Outlook Data File Error when opening Outlook

   We are getting users with the error when they open outlook:

   Outlook Data File. The File c:\users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\SharePoint Lists.pst cannot be found.

   The config_update.xml file is:

2. Metadata lost when saving of XLSX to SharePoint 2013 - R6.4.2

   Saving xlsx is still a problem in 6.4.2 Express Edition.

   I'm currently testing the latest version and I was trying to reproduce an issue i reported before. I'm trying to copy the file to SharePoint 2013. The file is saved but metadata gets forgotten and I need to edit the file in SharePoint directly before I can check in

3. Cannot connect to SharePoint Site

   Cannot connect to SharePoint Online with OnePlaceMail Express. This site has been upgraded to something like 14.5, it says Version 15 but it is not the full 2013 look and feel. Do I need to upgrade Express. I have had trouble connecting before, but not recently. I also tried connecting directly to the Sandbox solution library from the .wsp to make sure it was not trying to load lists or libraries that may have conflicting fields. Still using Outlook 2010, is that a problem? Here are the error details.

   An error has occurred retrieving site information for the site collection: https://ibis365cloud.sharepoint.com/sites/MPM2013/MPM09B/OnePlaceMail . Some libraries/lists for this site collection may not be available for selection.

   Possible Causes:

   • Server is currently not available

   • Site collection URL is invalid (check OnePlaceMail configuration)

   • You do not have access to this site collection

   Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

4. Documents saved via Word OPM add-in losing information added after save action

   When users save a document to SharePoint using the Word OPM add-in any information they add to the document before they use the Save to SharePoint button is saved, but anything added afterwards is not.

   Scenario: I open a Word template from an external website. I add some paragraphs of text, and then click Save to SharePoint. I save correctly choosing the location by saving to a Drop Off Library and add metadata that will route the document to the correct library and document set. I then keep adding text to the document. When I am finished I press close and am required to save and asked if I want to check-in my changes. I check in changes. When I next come to open the document the text I added after the save is missing.

   End outcome required: Users need to be able to save a document from an external source into the SharePoint library and continue working on it without closing and reopening, and be assured that the changes they make will be saved.

   • Check-out/In IS turned on in the document libraries

   • Check-out/In is NOT turned on in the Drop Off Library library (but I have tested with this turned on and received the same result).

   • Documents are saved to document sets inside document libraries

   • Documents are saved via the OnePlaceMail add-in in Word, either through saved folder or through Drop Off Library.

   • Once the document is saved a check out option appears in the Word add-in panel, however choosing this before adding more text doesn't make any difference.

   Is there something wrong with the process we are using? Ithis is a known issue, or is there a known resolution for this?

5. Adding emails to Matter Sets (errors in dictionary)

   When adding emails to Matter Sets in Outlook the following error is encountered:

   This occurs for all metdata fields for the OnePlaceMail Email content type in the SharePoint site. This has only recently occureed and was not evident during testing. We have replicated error on four different machines with both Contributors and Full Access owner accounts.

   Any help would be apprecaited :)

6. Is the Sandbox Solution included with the Express Edition?

   When I look in the Scinaptic Folder I don't see a .wsp file to upload to SharePoint solutions. Where is it located and is it included with One Place Mail Express?

7. License issue

   Hi,

   I have installed the Enterprise version of OnePlaceMail. With the trail version license key for 30 days. It is just been 10 days now since i have installed and having a work around.

   Every now and then when I try to move files to the Oneplacmail folders in my outlook , i keep getting a message stating that " there is no proper license installed"

   But I have updated the license key inmy Sharepoint site.

   It seems to be working sometimes and showing this message sometimes.Is there any thing that can be done to stop this message from coming.
