Hi,

I'm having an issue where OnePlaceMail Lite crashes Outlook each time I try and save an email. I've attached a screenshot of the issue.     Hi David,

    Thank you for your reply back.

    Can you please uninstall Office completely, restart your computer and then reinstall Office.

    Please let me know how you go with this

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I followed those actions, however OnePlaceMail is still crashing... any other suggestions?

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Can you please uninstall OnePlaceLite, and run a repair on your Office? Can you please then reinstall and advise the outcome?
