Error: The requested site does not appear to have claims enabled or the Login Url has not been set
Hi,
I've just installed OnePlaceMail Express Edition and every time I try and add a SharePoint site I get this error:
An error has occurred accessing the url ' https://intranet.robert-woodhead.co.uk/pages '.
Error: The requested site does not appear to have claims enabled or the Login Url has not been set.
Application: Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.ClientIntegration
Method: Void Show()

Can any one help?
I've tried the client with both Outlook 2010 & Outlook 2013 on different machines and get the same error.
Thanks in advance

Hi Elissa,
Not really as we have anonymous access areas on there.

Hi Rob
Thank you for your inquiry. Is it possible to disable Anonymous access at the web application?
Kind regards

Hi,
I've just encountered this problem in Sp2013. We switched to CBA yesterday (to solve a different problem!) and now I get this error message when I try and use OPM. Anonymous access is enabled at the Web App level. Authentication type is Negotiate (Kerberos).
Cheers

Hi Phillip
Thank you for your inquiry.
Could you please confirm the authentication settings for your SharePoint site via Central Administration.
Please select "Manage Web Applications", highlight the web app, from the ribbon, select Authentication Providers, select 'default'.
Here, please advise if Anonymous Access is enabled and advise the Authentication Type.
Kind regards
Elissa
