Mike,
Are you using the 'Default Credentials' in the OnePlaceMail - Settings - Credentials tab?
If you test a right-click SendTo for a file on your root c:\ drive, do you receive the same error?

Hi
Could you please enable logging via OnePlaceMail Settings --> Outlook, Enable Application Logging (support). Please close/reopen Outlook then carry out the steps to generate this error. Please send this log file to mailto:support@scinaptic.com
kind regards
Elissa

Hi Elissa
I am a support technician and a OnePlaceMail reseller.
This problem is happening on my server and also on two of my client's server.
The server files can be successfully uploaded to SharePoint using all the following techniques:
1. Explorer View
2. Drag and drop from Explorer to SharePoint library
3. Using the SharePoint library Upload button.
We experience the same issue if the file is copied to the desktop and Send to > SharePoint.

Hi M
Could you please confirm the permissions you have to this location? Alternatively could you please attempt to right click, send to from a file on your desktop.
Please let me know whether either of these are successful.
Kind regards
Elissa
