'Add-in execution' error when Outlook starts up
I am experiencing this error with 1 user, on 1 machine, when Outlook is loading. Other users have no trouble on the same machine.
System: Win7, Office 2013.
ERROR:
"Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the 'CTPFactoryAvailable' callback of the 'ICustomTaskPaneConsumer' interface while calling into the 'OnePlaceMail' add-in."
I have tried reinstalling OnePlaceMail, Office, and tried registry cleans.
If there is some solution or workaround to avoid rebuilding his profile, or OS, that would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Mitchell,
Are you able to try to install our latest release - R6.6? This can be downloaded here: http://www.scinaptic.com/downloads.html
I look forward to hearing how you go!
Kind regards

The error occurred with OnePlaceMail Express V6.5.
Outlook has numerous add-ins installed, but OnePlaceMail was tested with all add-ins disabled.
Thanks for the quick reply,
Mitch C.

Hi Mitchell
Thank you for your inquiry, and for providing the above information.
Could you please advise the version of OnePlaceMail you are currently using?
Also, could you please advise if there are other add ins installed?
Kind regards
Elissa
