Attempting to expand library throws: Object reference not set to an instance of an object error and not all folders are displayed
I have one particular library with 30 folders below root level. When expanding this library, an error is thrown: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. and not all folders are displayed. On some computers, people can see maybe 10 folders, on others it can be as little as one. Here is the error in full:
An error has occurred retrieving folder information for the list: https://titlestone.sharepoint.com/B Not Progressing. Some folders for this list/library may not be available for selection.

Hi Jude
Thanks for the updated information.
Could you please send a copy of the config.xml (found at (c:\users\\appdata\roaming\scinaptic\oneplacemail\ ) as well as a logging report (Set via Outlook, OnePlaceMail tab, OPM Settings, Outlook, and select "Enable Application Support Logging")
Once enabled, could you try to access the library in question via Outlook and generate the error.
You can locate this error report via the link in OPM settings. Please send both to mailto:customerservice@scinaptic.com

Hi Elissa,
I can confirm that all affected users can browse to all content within that library through Internet Explorer. The library is called 'not progressing' and consists of arond 33-35 subfolders under the root library. I've attached a screenshot, please let me know if you would like any further information.
Many thanks

Hi Jude
Are you able to provide a screen shot of the library in which you are trying to expand (via your browser), and confirm whether you can browse to this area directly in SharePoint.
Kind regards
Elissa
