Metadata lost when saving of XLSX to SharePoint 2013 - R6.4.2

Saving xlsx is still a problem in 6.4.2 Express Edition.

I'm currently testing the latest version and I was trying to reproduce an issue i reported before. I'm trying to copy the file to SharePoint 2013. The file is saved but metadata gets forgotten and I need to edit the file in SharePoint directly before I can check in

    Could you please create standard document library (no additional columns/settings) in a standard SharePoint site collection and save a file to it?
