How do I capture email attributes in SharePoint using OnePlaceMail?
How do I get email attributes captured into SharePoint columns so I can use them in Document Libraries and lists?

Indeed I missed one step. I deleted current column scope and changed column title to scope. I changed also the values to "global".
But unfortunately it doesn't work neither :(

Thanks Axel
Could you please rename the "Title" column to "scope" as per page 38-39 of the Administration guide.
Please let me know how you go.
Kind regards
Elissa

If your question is about special characters (like space), I don't think they are some.

Hello,
I have set up a document library with additional columns and I have created a list for mapping as explainded in administrator guide.
It isn't working.
I launched the logging mode. It captures well the list... but it doesn't map the fields to right metadata
Thank you very much for your answer

How do you set-up the "appropriate columns" in Sharepoint? I am new to Sharepoint and I am trying to figure all of this out.

When using OnePlaceMail to save content such as emails or email attachments to SharePoint, email attributes are automatically captured and promoted to SharePoint Columns.
In order to capture the email attributes, appropriate Columns must be available in the destination SharePoint Library/Content Type. OnePlaceMail provides a Sandbox solution containing Email Columns which you can simply include in your libraries/Content Types. Alternatively, you can create your own Columns and setup a Column Mapping table to map email attributes to specific SharePoint columns.
Step 2 of the following implementation guide will assist with installing the Sandbox solution:
