I am currently trialing the OnePlaceSolutions suite and have noticed that this is still an issue.
When viewing files grouped by a date field in the OnePlaceMail/Docs Window, they are also tagged and grouped with a time based on when the files were uploaded. The SharePoint field in question is set to "Date Only", so this should not be the case.
It's frustrating as this is creating additional, unwanted groupings and negates the benefits of using the Explorer Window.
This topic is set to bug resolved, although I'm unable to recall the resolution when the issue was originally raised 3 years ago. I'm hoping there is a setting I can configure but any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
I am experiencing this same issue. I have tried copying the api file from another machine however this has not worked.
