Saving an email from Outlook Mobile using OnePlaceMail App - Error: This protocol does not support ImmutableIds

Unable to save any email from Outlook Mobile (android) using OnePlaceMail app.

It shows that some error has occurred, please contact your IT Administrator.

Then an automated email comes from No Reply noreply@oneplacesolutions.com. Attached with this post.

Please check and help resolving this issue.

    Thanks for your query. This issue should now be resolved, can you please ensure that the latest version of the Outlook App for Android is installed on the Android device?
