Can OnePlaceDocs be used in trial mode?

I just upgraded from OPM 6.x to 7 and do not have a key yet.

I see the ribbon options in Outlook but not in Word / Excel / PPT. Is it supposed to be possible to use it without a license?

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Could you please confirm you uninstalled both R6.6 OPM & Productivity tools before installing R7.0?

    Could you please send through your CommonConfig.xml to mailto:support@oneplacesolutions.com .

    This can be found at %AppData%\Roaming\OnePlaceSolutions

    I will be review this file and advise then advise the next steps.
