Office Productivity Tool
We have installed the OnePlaceMail Office productivity tool however the 'send to' option does not appear when you right click on a document in Windows Explorer (as demonstrated at 7:40 in your video http://www.scinaptic.com/oneplacemail-sharepoint-video-demonstration.html ).

Please can you advise how we can get this functionality?

Hi Elissa,
My colleague who packaged the product believes he now knows what the issue is and can resolve it. If we have any further problems, I will let you know.
Thanks for your first class support.
Kind Regards,

Hi Simon
Can you please confirm whether you have modified the MSI?
Are you able to test on a machine installing using the setup.exe ?
Kind regards

Hi Elissa,
Thanks for your reply.
OnePlaceMail has been installed on over 160 machines however the Office productivity Tool has been installed on only 2 of them. We have recently repackaged and are in the process of testing.
The SharePoint shortcut is appearing in the location:
c:\users\\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo however the icon is still not appearing when using 'Send to' in Windows explorer.
We have repackaged to C:\Program Files\Scinaptic\Scinaptic_OnePlaceMailOffice2010_25.0.6_p1 for customisation purposes and the file "SendToHandler.exe." appears in that folder. However when we click on SendToHandler.exe, nothing happens.

Hi Simon
Thank you for your updates.
Can you please confirm if the 'Send To' is appearing on any other PC that might have OnePlaceMail installed on it?If so, please browse to the following location on that PC - c:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
Please copy the SharePoint shortcut, and paste in the same location on the PC that the file is not appearing. Can you also please confirm that the file "SendToHandler.exe" is appearing in C:\Program Files\Scinaptic\Scinaptic OnePlaceMail
Kind regards

Thanks James,
We've tried that but it does not appear to work.
We recently installed the Office Productivity Tool but the 'Send to' option has never been functional.
Can you advise please?

Hi Simon,
In OnePlaceMail R6.6 the Windows Explorer SendTo can be reinstated by:
1. Ensure OnePlaceMail is running within Microsoft Outlook
2. Close Outlook
3. From Windows Run type" Shell:SendTo and confirm the 'SharePoint' link is not listed
4. Restart Outlook
Restarting Outlook (with the OnePlaceMail addin enabled) should reinstate the SendTo link.

Hi Elissa,
OnePlaceMail is indeed installed on the computer.
The productivity tool has been installed and the MS Office interface appears to be working fine, however it is just the Send to option doesn't appear when selecting documents in Windows Explorer.
