Solution Profiles 'losing' their specified groups, reverting to 'Everyone'
I have noticed this since our upgrade to 7.4.2, occasionally OnePlace Live loses its memory of who should have access to certain Solution Profiles. In our organisation there are only two profiles that were originally set up to be accessed by 'Everyone'. The first few times this happened, I noticed at the staff member's desk. Luckily they don't gain access, as permissions are set in SharePoint. However, we do not want people seeing things they shouldn't be seeing. I thought maybe I was seeing things, but when I went in this afternoon there were very many profiles that were changed from 'Specific Groups' to 'Everyone'.
