An error occurred while saving the comment zeeshan.ahmed commentedHi,
Currently the only way is to insert links direct to the document(s) or to the Item Properties of the selected documents. If the ‘Document ID’ feature has been enabled in your SharePoint environment, the links will be generated using the Document ID. This feature cannot be customise to include?web=1 in the link.

Thank you for providing update.
If after updating to latest release you still get the error then can you please try to delete OnePlaceMail.PST for the user? Please ensure user is on release 7.5.2 and only one version of OnePlaceMail/Docs and office is installed on the machine. Please follow below steps.
1. Go to File-->Account settings-->account settings-->Data files and remove OnePlaceMail PST
2. Close Outlook and then navigate to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\OnePlaceSolution and delete OnePlaceMail.pst file
3. Reopen Outlook, (PST will be created automatically) and see if issue still occursThanks

An error occurred while saving the comment zeeshan.ahmed commentedWhen you deploy OnePlaceMail you can set MSI switches for OnePlaceLive services which will ensure that OnePlaceLive Serivce URL is always set. You can find more information on MSI switches from this link https://www.oneplacesolutions.com/help/7.5/installation/installation-enterprise-deployment-install.htm
Alternatively, You can run a script to modify the registry for OnePlaceLive Services for the users who already have OnePlaceMail and docs installed. The parameter to change is LicenseLocation URL under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\OnePlaceSolution\Common

An error occurred while saving the comment zeeshan.ahmed commentedHi Alasdair,
Thank you for your reply.
Latest release does not support SharePoint 2007.

Alternatively, you can also apply a registry change. These changes include updating the registry to resolve the issue of these errors appearing for OnePlaceMail, and re-enable the ability to show content from SharePoint.
The registry change is to add the following entry: EnableRoamingFolderHomepages = 1 to the following location
Office 2016: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security\
Office 2013: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Outlook\Security\
Office 2010: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Security\If you have any further issues, please email us at support(at)OnePlaceSolutions.com
