What are the pre-requisites for installing OPM on Win7/Outlook 2010/SP2013
Hi,
Are there any 'pre-requisites' as far as other software that needs to be installed before installing OnePlaceMail?
We are trialling an alternative product, but that requires .Net Framework, VSTO, Primary Interop Assemblies and Visual C++ 2010.
Thanks,
Jarod

How do i disable "...Click to Show All..."
Is there a way to disable the "...Click to Show All..." in the folder tree in the Save to Sharepoint window? I am constantly going from one folder to the next and it causes a few too many extra mouse clicks and disrupts the flow of our folder structure.

Relate email with attachment in Sharepoint
When you receive an email With attachment and you want to separate the attachment from the email in Sharepoint, is there a way to "link/relate" the email to the attachment - so that when you click on the "empty" email (With no attachment) you can see what documents where Attached in the original email?
0 votesWhen you select to save just an attachment, the conversation ID is retained with the attachment. This acts as a way to be able to link back to the email, in which the attachment was sent

Bulk upload functionality.
Don't know if this is possible but one feature I would love to see is the ability to add additional documents/emails to a transfer after the OnePlaceMail dialogue has been opened. This would make it possible to transfer a number of items from different locations that need to be categorised the same.

I'm using the latest OnePlaceMail 6.5 Express version. Attachment to email that are automatically attached to Outlook 2010 via third party Acrobat plug-in does not prompt to save to SharePoint 2010.
Example:
Third Party Acrobat Plug-in install to an application to export document to PDF while in report viewing screen and email.
When this process or export is executed, Outlook open and attached the PDF file but OnePlaceMail does not prompt to save the PDF file.
Similarly if open any PDF file in Adobe Acrobat and click the attach to email button, the file is attached to Outlook but…

Installation
I just downloaded the express version. Question is: since it's client installation, everyone who use it must installed on their own computers, not on some server? person who install it must have admin right?
Is it different from the enterprise version, does it need to be installed on a server computer?
Thanks

Preventing duplicate emails and threading conversations
Hi,
If multiple users receive the same email and drag it to a Sharepoint library, will OnePlaceMail allow duplicates?
Similarly, if one user replies to an email and drags the reply to Sharepoint, will OnePlaceMail thread the e-mails?
Thanks

What are the My OnePlaceMail Recovered files in my Outlook and why do I show multiples?
I have managed folders, but still have folders showing under the Recovered and multiples at that. Do I need to be concerned with these folders? Do I need to delete them?
