    Hi Angelo,

Unfortunately this cannot be fooled, the pop up will continue to appear.

We encourage users to upgrade to the latest release to ensure they continue to experience enhancements and any bug fixes in the product.

Customers who have purchased the full product, are not prompted, and therefore do have the option to stay on their current release.

    Kind regards

    Hi

    Thank you for your inquiry.

The pop up can not be disabled. Due to the nature of supporting the free version of our software, we require Lite/Express installs to be using the latest version.

    Hi Vincent

    Thank you for the update.

The drag and drop will work as other software does. If you drag and drop holding the right mouse button, the option will appear to either move/copy the email.

If using the left mouse button, the item will be moved.

    Kind regards

    Hi Vincent

When using the Copy to SharePoint, the email should be copied into the required SharePoint location, and set to a category or "Saved to SharePoint" in Outlook.

When emails are selected, right click and "Move to SharePoint" is used, the item will be saved to SharePoint, and placed in the deleted items folder in outlook, and tagged "OnePlaceMail Deletion".

Can you please confirm this is what you are experiencing?

    Kind regards

    Elissa

    Hi Stacie

    Thank you for your inquiry.

When moving an email from Outlook to SharePoint, the email is moved from the inbox/sub folder and saved to SharePoint. From Outlook's perspective it is then placed in the deleted items folder, categorised as 'OnePlaceMail Deletion'.

If the user chooses to "Copy to SharePoint" the email is retained in its original location, categorised as "Transferred to SharePoint".

I hope this assists, and please let me know if you have any further queries.

    Kind regards

    Hi Phillip

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Could you please confirm the authentication settings for your SharePoint site via Central Administration.

Please select "Manage Web Applications", highlight the web app, from the ribbon, select Authentication Providers, select 'default'.

Here, please advise if Anonymous Access is enabled and advise the Authentication Type.

    Hi Vincent

This is the default path for OnePlaceMail.

If you redirect the %appdata% to the network share, this will be used by OnePlaceMail.

    Hi Seshank

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Users are able to set up categories in the OnePlaceMail Favourites tab.

Please select OnePlaceMail in the Menu, then from the ribbon, Favourites.

On the right hand pane, please select "Favourites" and the New Category button will appear.

    https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1247044/30-07-20152-23-11PM.jpg?1438230347

This will allow the user to create category folders, and add favourite locations here.

    Hi Peter

    Thank you for your inquiry.

When you changed the name in SharePoint, did the user re-select the library from the tree, or were they attempting to use the recents, and or favourites to access the library?

    Hi Sprtstr

The config_update.xml should be placed in the users profile. This is C:\users\\appdata\Roaming\OnePlace Solutions\

There is no requirement to place the config_update.xml on the server.

    Hi Daniel

You are able to move the license from one SharePoint list to another by creating a new SharePoint list on the 365 site, and sending through the list ID to our customer service team.

If you access your environment through a VPN from home, then you should be able to save items to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail.

    Hi Jeffrey

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Can you please confirm whether you are using the exe or msi files provided?

The exe should check that all pre-requisites are installed. The pre-requisites are

    1. .NET Framework (full framework )

    2. Microsoft Visual Studio for Office 2010

links for both of these can be found here :

    http://www.oneplacesolutions.com/help/current/#?id=7001

Are you able to advise whether you are installing OnePlaceMail, and or OnePlaceDocs?

    Hi Kenny

Thank you for your inquiry and screenshot.

We only access the license list to reference the file there. We do not remove any items from any list/library in SharePoint.

Are you able to send a screenshot of the license list in SharePoint?

We may need to set up a screenshare for further troubleshooting. Please email me at mailto:support@oneplacesolutions.com to set up a suitable time.

    Hi Seth

After installing OnePlaceMail on the new PC, you can browse to C:\users\\AppData\Roaming\OnePlace Solutions\

Copy the commonConfig.xml from this location, to the same location on the new machine, and restart Outlook.

    The settings should now appear.

Yes, sorry I meant Programs & Features.

Can you please confirm the add in is now appearing when starting Outlook?

If not, please confirm whether the add in is appearing under File, Options, Add ins, Manage COM addins. Could you please check whether it is appearing in "disabled addins"?

If the add in is not appearing in either of these locations, please refer to the following KB article, which details some further steps to take http://www.oneplacesolutions.com/support/0031.html

    Hi Fred

    Sorry you are frustrated !

The General Customisations area are separate from the Outlook 2013 - 2013 customisations as these customisations will be reflected in both OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs dialogue boxes.

The Outlook customisations will only be reflected in Outlook.

The information on the website is the complete list.

The example of inserting customised form elements, is a complete list for those elements.

Please email me at mailto:support@oneplacesolutions.com and I will send you an updated table with this information.

The category for OnePlaceMail transfer to SharePoint can be configured, however the OnePlaceMail Deletion is currently not configurable.

I will add this to our product backlog, and update this thread when this is reviewed and included in the product.
