  1. Retrieve Message-ID

    The value we are trying to get is the Message ID, which corresponds to the Message-ID email property:

    Message-ID: DN5DD04JB32972053F856D95A0276GF497F271@DN5DD04JB3297.test.prod.outlook.com

    I noticed there's an EmID reserved OPM column, but this doesn't seem to be the Message ID.

  2. We had trouble listing out what sites you have

    All users in our organisation have trouble listing the sites from one Sharepoint site which is not the case for other sites. When I open the site from OnePlaceMail outlook add-in it says :

    We had trouble listing out what sites you have
    The message we received was: The request is unprocessable because it uses too many resources

    If this makes no sense to you, let your I.T. people know.
    It would be nice to tell them this reference ID too: 7a7784f3-2582-4b6b-c27b-957061c062a8

    Is there any solution for this issue ?

  3. Saving an email from Outlook Mobile using OnePlaceMail App - Error: This protocol does not support ImmutableIds

    Unable to save any email from Outlook Mobile (android) using OnePlaceMail app.

    It shows that some error has occurred, please contact your IT Administrator.

    Then an automated email comes from No Reply noreply@oneplacesolutions.com. Attached with this post.

    Please check and help resolving this issue.

  5. There was an issue saving your email(s) to SharePoint

    Hello, I am recieving an error message that says "There was an issue saving your email(s) to SharePoint " and moreover, please see the attached picture. Any Ideas of what is wrong? I have ignored it many times and thought it might just be a small bug, but no it comes more frequently.

  6. Error in the add-on

    In the company we have a physical firewall, which is causing Save to Sharepoint not to work, I do not have it and it works for me. I need to know what exclusion to put the firewall in for the program to work.

  9. I am not able to sign in gettting message as need permissionfrom admin & admin not aware to allow

    OnePlaceMail needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.

    I have no idea which of my accounts are office or not, office online etc., I have several accounts, and are auto synced, SOOOO, aren't they all?

  12. Doesn't always save

    OnePlaceMail doesn't consistently save to SharePoint. Sometimes it will work straight away, sometimes it takes several attempts, and other times not at all. There is no error message sent.

    First when changing account it prompts you twice for your password before proceeding to the account screen.

  15. We couldn't find your root SharePoint URL - 400 Error Resource not found

    We got an error to connect on SharePoint online:

    "We couldn't find your SharePoint URL. The message we received was: 400 - Resource not found for the segment 'sharepoint'."

    The person has a sharepoint license (Office 365 E3). Could it be, that the problem comes from the same ID/UPN for Microsoft and Organizational account (Office 365)?

  16. Error logging in 400 - Resolved

    A few days ago we noted an issue for first time users receiving 'Error 400 Bad Request' when attempting to sign in to our app.

    Sorry about that! We have now resolved the issue and you should be able to log in.

  17. Ability to override the Sharepoint root URL

    Need the ability to set or over ride the Sharepoint root URL. I signed in with company O365 credentials and got access denied due to how they setup sharepoint. If I could set the root url, I could ensure that I did have access.

    Hi All

    This item is still under review, however to update – if users receive this error they do not have access to the root site collection in SharePoint. If possible, please give users read access to the root site. We have flagged this as an item to be reviewed to remove this requirement.

  18. Can't sign in when using Okta SSO

    We are unable to sign in. I believe this is due to us using Okta Single Sign-on with Office 365.

    We can sign in when using the OnePlaceMail (Desktop) plug-in, but we can't using the newer OnePlaceMail (Office Store App) plug-in with Outlook 2016.

  20. plugin-spawned browsers have scrollbars disabled

    Browser windows spawned from the menu options (Feedback, Help) in the Outlook 2013 plugin spawn web browser windows with scrollbars (and other features) disabled.
    1) this prevents scrolling through the help
    2) don't do this. It's rude. Really, just don't mess with people's browsers.
