Add multiple values in a metadatafield
Add multiple values in a metadatafield is not to be done in one action (one value per action). A multi-select possibility would be nice.

Upcoming changes for Lite Desktop
We have recently announced the release of OnePlace Solutions Desktop 8.0 full product.
Release 8.0 Desktop Software also marks the end of the OnePlaceMail Desktop Lite (Free) Plan.
However, we will continue to support the community through our freemium offer – the OnePlaceMail App Lite.
We're also providing extended support for existing OnePlaceMail Desktop Lite Plan users with OnePlaceMail Lite support on the recently launched 7.12.2 desktop update.

increase size look up fields is very difficult to use, you can't see options
This is impossible to use. This is a simple fixed. I have asked for this years ago without going anywhere.

Feature of adding description in the Title field missing.
OnePlaceMail doesn’t have the feature of adding a description in the Title field in SharePoint for library to bring the information through under the Title field.

OnePlace Live expanded as default
There is no ability to configure the OnePlaceLive node expanded by default or add the Oneplace Live profile as favorites. It would be beneficial for users to have OnePlace Live expanded by default in select the SharePoint location from OnePlace live profile.

Migration tool to migrate email from share mailboxes to sharepoint
It would be better if Oneplace Solution could provide a migration tool to migrate emails from shared mailbox to SharePoint like what Coglio does. Pretty sure we do not mind paying for the migration tools if it makes our job so much easier during migration.

Replace existing file and then immediately rename
Ability to save an attachment to an attachment to an email by overwriting an existing file in SharePoint, and then immediately renaming the existing file in SharePoint.
e.g. if there is a "file.docx" saved in SharePoint, the ability to save an attachment to an email by overwriting "file.docx" but then immediately rename "file.docx" to "file v2.docx".
At the moment to achieve the above, whilst you can overwrite "file.docx", the renaming of the overwritten file to "file v2.docx" has to be done manually.

Close out old and redundant posts and date stamping all posts.
There are numerous old and redundant posts in the forums about old releases (e.g. below), issues that have been resolved in later releases etc. All these posts should be flagged as "Closed" (or similar) and by default they should not be visible. This would greatly reduce the number of posts that have to be trolled through. Also, the original posting date and last edit date should appear when scrolling through posts so it is obvious which are likely to be old and irrelevant.

Preview pane renders off the right of the active Outlook window (so is not visible)
Manually fixing this issue involves stretching Outlook over two screens to access the preview pane then resizing the panes so it is visible, however, the adjusted pane size settings are not retained so the preview pane keeps disappearing.

Save as pdf incorporating the print settings
Currently one of the main downfalls when working within excel documents (or other office programs) and sharepoint is that when you save a pdf to sharepoint that has mandatory metadata fields, the pdf requires manual checking-in once created and does not appear for other users until it is checked in. It is essentially in no-mans land and there is no error message or notification to advise the user that this is the case. The only way to find these documents is by the Site Owner in the Document Library Settings and "Manage Files which have no checked in version".
The…

Automatically sign in to Office 365
Is there a way you can change OPM so it signs into Office 365 automatically?
Currently when we install the latest version of OPM (8.5), we have had to send out instruction emails to users to make sure they go to their OPM settings tab in Outlook and then click the 'Sign in' button for Office 365. I have also had to remote onto user's pcs to help with the instruction. It would be much easier if it auto signed in and I thought it would be a good feature to include.
Please let me know what you think.

Searching of documents using the field that has a date format
Would be nice to have possibility to search documents using the field with date format. In our SharePoint library there is the field “DocDate” containg a date of invoice. In order to search some invoice on a specific date we have to use the SharePoint in our web browser instead of OnePlaceDocs.

Start the flow form SharePoint
Would be nice to have a possibility to start the Power Automate document approvals flow from OnePlaceDocs.
In our SharePoint solution we use a button in the field "Action" formatted as Thumbnail (Image). This field is not showing up in OnePlaceDocs as well there is no any other way to trigger the automation flow.1 vote -
Dynamic drop down list created from field entries
When inserting a new document the form to fill in metadata is displayed. It would be very helpful to see the similar entries to choose from a list after typing in the first chars of text in this field. Example is a feature in Excel table when adding a new entry there.

Conditional color coding of entries
We are using conditional color coding settings to mark entries in SharePoint depending on the Approval Status of document.
Approved documents are on green background, Rejected – show up on the red and the Pending ones are displayed grey (illustration attached).
If OnePlaceDocs isn’t able to read the color coding settings from the SharePoint it would be very helpful possibility to create similar rules/settings to mark entries in its own interface like we can do it in Excel.1 vote -
Reminder to save changes when inserting a new document
When user inserts a new file and the respective metadata fields are filled then user needs to click the Save button. In situation when the form is just closed without clicking the Save button it would be helpful to receive a pop up reminder message: “Are you sure to close a form without uploading a file?”.

Blocked Shutdown
OnePlace Document Explorer blocks the Windows Restart/Shutdown process, so the computer displays "Restarting" for a good 5-10 mins plus before actually rebooting. If I disable the Document Explorer from Startup, the shutdown/restart process works fine. I re-enable Document Explorer in Startup and the issue returns. I have updated to the latest version and the problem still exists.
