Hi Vincent
Thank you for the update.
The drag and drop will work as other software does. If you drag and drop holding the right mouse button, the option will appear to either move/copy the email.
If using the left mouse button, the item will be moved.
Kind regards

Hi,
Thanks for your reply,
OK it works, thanks, I have enable the "Copy to SharePoint" button because it was disabled in my config file.
What about the Drag & drop to the favorites ? Is it possible to configure something to keep the email in Outlook when we Drag & drop to a favorite ?
Thanks in advance
Regards

Hi Vincent
When using the Copy to SharePoint, the email should be copied into the required SharePoint location, and set to a category or "Saved to SharePoint" in Outlook.
When emails are selected, right click and "Move to SharePoint" is used, the item will be saved to SharePoint, and placed in the deleted items folder in outlook, and tagged "OnePlaceMail Deletion".
Can you please confirm this is what you are experiencing?
Kind regards

Hi
I use One Place Mail v6.6.1 and when I use "Copy to SharePoint" the email is placed in the deleted items folder, categorised as 'OnePlaceMail Deletion'.
Is it possible to put an email to sharepoint, and to keep it in Outlook in the original location ?
Thanks in advance
Best regards
VB

Hi Stacie
Thank you for your inquiry.
When moving an email from Outlook to SharePoint, the email is moved from the inbox/sub folder and saved to SharePoint. From Outlook's perspective it is then placed in the deleted items folder, categorised as 'OnePlaceMail Deletion'.
If the user chooses to "Copy to SharePoint" the email is retained in its original location, categorised as "Transferred to SharePoint".
I hope this assists, and please let me know if you have any further queries.
Kind regards
Elissa

How do you get rid of the emails completely after moving. Some client pcs have it set to where after an email has been moved to sharepoint, it is completely gone from the folder.

Hi Ian,
thank you for your question.
This category is applied for the emails which have been deleted (moved to the "Deleted Items" folder) during drag & drop process.
Hope this clarifies. Thank you.
