Could you please clear the 'Recent Locations' via OnePlaceMail Settings, My SharePoint.
This should clear this error message, and it should not return. If it does please let me know,

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Josh
Thank you for your inquiry. Currently the "Click to Show All" can not be disabled.
You are able to add common or favourite locations to the Manage My OnePlaceMail folders. This will appear in the 'Save to SharePoint' window, and will reduce the amount of clicks for you to access the location you need.
I hope this helps. Please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have any further queries.

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedFurther to my previous response, to clarify the sandbox solution, including the content type is not required to use OnePlaceMail.
An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Anne
There are some options available to do this.
1.You can use our email content type, which is available as part of the sandbox solution. This can be found with the downloaded software for OnePlaceMail. Further instructions to complete this can be found here:
Installing sandbox solution: http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0052.html
Getting Started with the sandbox solutiion: http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0079.html
2.You are able to create site columns, which can then be added to your own content type. Further instructions for this can be found here:
http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0105.html
Once these columns are created, you can add these to the document library where you would like to save emails to.
Please let me know if you have any further queries.

Thank you for your response.
It appears you have set up the licencing correctly, apologies for any confusion.
Could you please email the users config.xml file to mailto:support@scinaptic.com and I will be happy to review the file.
Kind regards
Elissa
An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Robert
There are no calls, however the licence on the client location on the client (OnePlaceMail Settings --> Licencing) needs to be set to the Licence URL set on your SharePoint server.
Please refer to the following KB: [Client Configuration] http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0068.html
Could you please check that the correct licence location has been set here?
If you have many users, the correct licence location can be set via a config_update.xml process.
Please let me know how you go.
Kind regards
Elissa
An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Robert
Thanks for your inquiry.
Please find information regarding the error you are receiving in the following article: http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0024.html
Regarding your name appearing in the licence list - when users first use OnePlaceMail, their credentials will be automatically added to this list. This assists with tracking the number of licences used. You will not need to add their names here.
I hope this helps, and please do not hesitate to get in touch should you have further queries or issues.

OnePlaceLive will be available soon, and will focus on defining new search and browse locations to streamline the process of saving and accessing content.
OnePlaceDocs will also be available shortly. Integrating with MS Office, with the focus on document sharing and team collaboration made easy. For example, save from Adobe Acrobat to SharePoint
Further information on OnePlaceLive can be found here: http://www.scinaptic.com/news/transform-your-enterprise-content-management-solution-for-greater-end-user-engagement.html

Thank you for your inquiry.
If event receivers are in use, this can affect the upload process for OnePlaceMail. Please refer to the following article: http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0112.html
Could you please confirm whether there are any event receivers on this document library?

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi Anne
Thank you for your question.
When an email is saved to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail default email name format, a hashcode is appended to the email. This ensures that duplicates are not uploaded to SharePoint.
Further information regarding this can be found via our Administration Guide, page 56.
That is correct. When you copy an email to SharePoint, the category, "Transferred to SharePoint" is added to the email.
This can be modified, and information for this can be found via our Admin Guide, page 77.
On the instances that you do not see the category, are you moving the email or selecting 'copy'?
Kind regards
Elissa

An error occurred while saving the comment Elissa commentedHi YL
I do not believe there is any need to configure OnePlaceMail to use SharePoint 365 with this set up.
Are you experiencing any error messages when you try to use OnePlaceMail?
I would also suggest to download our Enterprise edition, for evaluation purposes as there are extra features and enhancements available in this version.
Please let me know if you are experiencing any errors

OnePlaceMail offers users the ability to search SharePoint locations from Outlook. However we do not search the mailbox contents at the same time.
I hope this helps!

Hi Tiago
Please browse to your OnePlaceMail licence list on your SharePoint server. Please remove the credentials for the old PC that should appear in this list.
Also, please ensure this licence list is added to the OnePlaceMail settings --> Licensing tab.
Please try to upload.
Please let me know if you have any further issues.
Kind regards
Elissa
