An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Ramesh
This could be because your Administrator has blocked Apps that request Read + Write access in your Microsoft 365 Tenant. Have you reached out to them to clarify why the OnePlaceMail App may be blocked in your Microsoft 365 Tenant?

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi SKM
When you open the OnePlaceMail App in Outlook this loads a webpage for the OnePlaceMail App web service we host, if the panel is blank then there may be a network or Outlook issue preventing this happening.
Please reach out to the OnePlace Solutions support team at support@oneplacesolutions.com so we can troubleshoot and assist further.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Clare
Thank you for your feedback. I can address some of these items now:
Allow viewing pane for email to be also along bottom of screen rather than just to right hand side.
-Does this mean the Navigation Tree would be at the top of the screen? (eg horizontal split of nav / preview instead of the current vertical split)Permit emails to be deleted from within Outlook rather than only in Sharepoint.
-This feature is present in our current release. All customers with an active subscription or support contract are welcome to upgrade to the latest release to use this feature, download links are available on our website.Allow transfer of emails stored in OnePlaceMail folder to be transferred back into Inbox or other folder within Outlook.
-This is already possible using the built-in 'Move/Copy to Folder' feature in Outlook, please see the Microsoft documentation here:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/move-or-copy-an-item-to-another-folder-19768dfe-86c4-40bf-b82c-1c084b624492Let me know if you have any further feedback.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi,
Thank you for your comment. Unfornately, the Legal Matter Management Solution Profiles showcase is not a template that can be deployed using OnePlaceLive, but is a scenario of how Solution Profiles can be utilised to to deliver focused solutions and locations to OnePlaceMail and OnePlaceDocs end-users, providing an intelligent way to look at SharePoint from the perspective of the different business systems/solutions (such as Legal Matter Management) that have been built in SharePoint.
Solution Profiles is a paid add-on for OnePlaceMail for Desktop and OnePlaceDocs users, and are used for personalising SharePoint for end-users, bringing locations together into a logical structure to allow users to quickly locate and access SharePoint content easily.
If you require more information on how Solution Profiles and how they work, please see here: https://www.oneplacesolutions.com/solution-profiles.html
Additionally, if you have any more questions regarding Solution Profiles and how they can be used to meet your requirements, please reach out to the OnePlace Solutions Technical Support team at support@oneplacesolutions.com

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Nilesh,
Thank you for your comment. I have responded to your support request via email.
For reference, this looks to be an issue with the .NET Framework. Please see if repairing the .NET Framework resolves the issue.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Ethel,
Thank you for your comment.
We do not currently support or recommend saving the same email to multiple locations in SharePoint due to data redundancy concerns. For example, if a user modifies the email item in one location, and it is not modified in the other locations where the email is stored, this can lead to data inconsistency.
Storing an email in more than one SharePoint location is therefore something our users do not wish to do. Hence why this functionality has not been added within OnePlaceMail for Desktop and the OnePlaceMail App.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Uche,
Thanks for your comment.
The root issue of this error is that the Office version reference for a key in the registry is pointing to an incorrect value.
I have emailed you the instructions to resolve this issue.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedThank you for your comment.
Currently, it is only possible to save to one's own OneDrive for Business folder when saving from Outlook using the OnePlaceMail App.
At this time, we do no support saving to shared folders and shortcut folders, however we will provide an update if anything changes in this area.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi All
The resolution below is out of date (2013). If you have a current support contract or subscription for OnePlaceMail / OnePlaceDocs please submit a support request on our website for assistance.
To amend the instructions below:-Close OnePlaceDocs/Outlook completely (File > Exit in OnePlaceDocs, otherwise it will stay in your taskbar)
-In Windows Explorer, navigate to ‘%appdata%\OnePlace Solutions\’ (enter this in the address bar in Windows Explorer without the single quotes)
-Delete any of the *.XML files that either:
--Cannot be opened with Notepad
--Are completely empty when opened with Notepad
-Re-open OnePlaceDocs/OutlookAshley Gregory

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHello
The default columns present in SharePoint will show the date the file was uploaded, but if the OnePlaceMail Email Columns are present then OnePlaceMail can automatically promote the date properties from the Email(s) being uploaded to their respective columns in SharePoint (Email Date, Date Received, etc). Please see the documentation noted here:
https://www.oneplacesolutions.com/help/8.1/installation/email_column_pnp.htmOnce this has been setup appropriately you can use all of these fields to search and filter emails.

An error occurred while saving the comment AdminSupport (Admin, OnePlace Solutions) commentedHi Stephen
This may be caused by a few things. Can you please attempt the following and let me know if it resolves the issue:
-Navigate to '%appdata%\OnePlace Solutions' in Windows Explorer and backup the files present, then remove the XML files (not the PST file if present) and restart Outlook (this will resolve the error if it is due to configuration corruption)
-Reinstall OnePlaceMail Lite (this will resolve the error if it is due to component corruption)
-Create a new Outlook Profile (this will resolve the error if it is due to Outlook Profile corruption)Ashley Gregory
Hi,
Thank you for your comment. Currently it is not possible to automatically save emails to a SharePoint location based on previous emails in the email thread saved to that location (unless you were using an Outlook rule to automatically file emails into the required OnePlaceMail location).
