An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Samuel, Thank you for your inquiry. By default, when saving an email with an attachment with OnePlaceMail Desktop, the attachment and email are saved together.
We recommend adding the OnePlaceMail email columns and creating a view to see which emails have attachments. Please find some further information here: https://help.oneplacesolutions.com/oneplacemail/opm-emails.htmif you would like some assistance in getting set up, please reach out to support at oneplacesolutions.com
Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Marilyn,
Sorry I missed this one.You can configure OnePlaceMail to not truncate the subject line to 45 characters. This can be configured through OnePlaceLive, and this setting can be deployed centrally to all users.
The email subject is captured to a single line of text, so there will be some shortening if the subject exceeds 255 characters.
Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi
Thank you for adding this item. In OnePlaceDocs, you are able to create or open a word document and select "Save As" which allows you to then specify the file type as a PDF format.
When this is selected, the word document will be converted to a PDF and you are then able to save this to SharePoint.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hey Nigel
Sorry I missed this one. The send & file is set to show the save window, once the email lands in the user's sent items. If this takes longer than 45seconds then the window will not appear. This timeout can be extended through the Configuration Profile setting. The item to configure is 'Time threshold for 'Save to SharePoint' prompt on sent emails.
Hope this helps, should you have any other questions please let us know
Kind regards

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Richy
Thanks for your comment.
The root issue of this error is that the version reference for a key in the registry is pointing to an incorrect value.
For simplicity, I will email you these steps to resolve this issue.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Evan
Thanks for your inquiry. It is possible to set this location centrally and deploy to all users through the OnePlaceLive Configuration Profile. The setting to update is SharePoint Search Service URL.
By default, OnePlaceMail will use the search service for the first site collection added in the navigation tree. The above setting can specify the search service url you would like to use, which does also drive the suggested locations that are automatically returned.
if you have not created a OnePlace Solutions admin site, or set up the configuration profile before please let us know and we will be happy to assist.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Melvin,
It is possible to relabel the buttons in OnePlaceMail to appear in another language, have you installed the OnePlaceLive client on your machine?

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Joe
Thanks for the inquiry, a subsite should be able to be saved as a favourite location - just to confirm the subsite can be added as a connection by selecting "Advanced"
if you are still having issues, please contact me at support at oneplacesolutions.com

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi Joe
Thanks for the inquiry. Can you please confirm the version of OnePlaceMail you are using? This can be found in OnePlaceMail > Settings > About.
Also, can you please confirm how you saved the email to SharePoint, did you drag/drop or use the buttons?
Thanks
Elissa
Hi Dana
Thank you for this feedback. So that the library can be displayed in the Navigation Tree, the user will need at least 'Read' access to the site. However, through OnePlaceLive we can overcome this, by deploying shortcut to the location, which will workaround this issue. Please let me know if you would like further information.
Regards,
Elissa
