  1. Current error: ContentTypeId is read-only error

    You may receive notification that there was an issue when saving an email to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail.

    We are aware of this issue, and are currently working on this to resolve as quickly as possible. We are also working with Microsoft to resolve this.

  2. I am not able to sign in gettting message as need permissionfrom admin & admin not aware to allow

    OnePlaceMail needs permission to access resources in your organization that only an admin can grant. Please ask an admin to grant permission to this app before you can use it.

  8. Doesn't always save

    OnePlaceMail doesn't consistently save to SharePoint. Sometimes it will work straight away, sometimes it takes several attempts, and other times not at all. There is no error message sent.

  12. Permission requested is very open ended and would suggest more information on what and how you are going to work with the data.

    Permission requested in the Auth handshake is quite concerning as there are things that I would have thought are not required to do these actions. Also there is nothing about how and when this access to the Office platform would be used.

  13. Getting error "No mailbox with such guid." when trying to save email to SharePoint

    Whenever I try to upload an email to a SharePoint library, i am getting the error "No mailbox with such guid." on the emails.

    First when changing account it prompts you twice for your password before proceeding to the account screen.

  20. can't use add in with a generic email address

    This add on is so easy to use and we see the potential with it. We use a generic email address (eg. accounts@....) for suppliers to send invoices to. Unfortunately, we cannot use the add-in when moving invoice attachments from the generic email address only when in our personal email box. Is there a solution in place for this? thanks
