Create a UI to populate folder structure and add tags to the xml files
The configuration is a convoluted process. Having a UI that would talk to SharePoint to create the folder structure (based on user inputs), then append the tags to the various xml files automatically and then execute the applet would really polish this program up nicely.

Custom Document Libraries Missing in connected site collection
I have an Office 365 site, migrated from earlier Office 365, and most of the libraries are not shown when I create a site collection connection. Is there a limitation on custom content types in document libraries?

Configuring Credentials to connect to Hosted Sharepoint Instance
Hello I am attempting to configure OnePlaceMail Express to work with an Intermedia hosted Sharepoint instance. The login credentials for the sharepoint database DO NOT require a Domain, only a login name and password. When I attempt to configure this in Outlook 2010 OnePlacemail insists that I provide an Active Directory Domain. I have tried \ and * and though they are accepted I still cannot connect to the sharepoint site to manage folders. Is there any type of workaround?

Saving to SharePoint
Hi. We save documents in SharePoint using this type of formay 4054.001.docx
When right clicking a document and using the "Send To - SharePoint" OPM functionality, OPM changes our full stops to underscores which can and will cause us a lot of problems. Can you help?

Config_Update Link Url issue
When I run the xml to connect to my SharePoint Library it appears to work until I expand the link to save an email and I get: cannot contact site http://something/shared" rel="nofollow">http://something/shared Documents/Forms/Allitems.aspx at the specified url there is no web named

After manually creating site columns and content type unable see content type in the create new library dialog.
Unable to install the sandbox solution due to permissions so I have followed the instructions to create the site columns and content type manually. The OnePlaceMail Email content type does not show in the dialog for creating new libraries in Sharepoint 2010. Is there a template to upload?

Attachments bigger than 35mb - No prompt to save to Sharepoint
OnePlaceMail does not prompt to save a file attachment that's greater than 35mb. Is this a limitation with the product?
Instead the standard Outlook message : "The file you're attaching is bigger than the server allows." is displayed.

Invalid Text Input
Hi, while trying to save an email to Sharepoint we get a failure with the message "Invalid Text Input"
If we try to upload again OPM tells us the file already exists but we cant see it in SharePoint

issue with bulk upload - Windows path error
One of our users has a problem with the bulk upload function. He has sucsessfully uploaded 120 pdf files. No issue. He has tried 3 and 4 files from thsi area - no problem but when he tried the following selection he encountered this error - have you any ideas what is wrong with the selection ?

Cannot preview emails in OnePlaceMail
Hi. We have Outlook 2007 and I would like to see a preview of the email that is stored in the SharePoint 2013 envrionment.
Docs, ppts, pdfs etc. we can preview in the outlook pane.
But we cannot see a preview of the stored email.
Is that not strange for an email tool?
We would expect a least to see the email.
Is there anybody that can give me a solution for this.

Using a list/library view to drive the list of folders or content
We have used a SharePoint view (Content View) to set the default view in OnePlaceMail for users. This currently affects both content and the list of folders (document sets).
In the v6.5 Admin Guide (p49) it seems to indicate that there can also be an alternate default view set up for folders (as opposed to Content).
Can you advise what the name of this view needs to be (ie: Folder View?)
Will this work to display only certain Document Sets we have in a library?

Show subfolders in the left tree
When I add an location as an folder to the left tree of Outlook and the location in SharePoint that I added contains subfolders it would be nice to have them shown at the left navigation so it is east to drag e-mails in a sub folder.

Is it posible to add Email Tracking to the tool
When I safe and file an email tot SharePoint during sending it would be great if the reply of that e-mail will be automatically saved to that same location and builds up an e-mail conversation trail in SharePoint.

I'm getting this error: Has anyone seen it before?
Error: This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated cryptographic algorithms.
We are FIPS enabled environment. What do we need to do to fix this.

Javascript error when click on the folder in outlook 2010

Adding a recent location with SDK
I have been searching in the SDK for possibilities to add a recent location. But I couldn't find one. I did found a class "OPMRecentLocation" and that object is not documented in the sdk documention. Am I missing something?

Installed for 32 bit Outlook 2013 (Office 365). Do not see it as addon.

I just installed OnePlaceMail Express edition for Outlook 2013 (32 bit) and then rebooted the system. I do not see any sign (as addon in Outlook). I am using Office 365. I will appreciate your help.

Too many automatic redirects
