An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Nadine,
thank you for your question.
To answer this, if whole conversation is drag & dropped to a OnePlaceMail Folder, then messages from original Outlook folder (e.g. Inbox) will be saved saparately.
In the following example 7 .msg files will be transferred to SharePoint:
https://d37wxxhohlp07s.cloudfront.net/s3_images/847778/13-01-24_conversation.png?1358995702
It's also possible to drag & drop any message in conversation (even not from original folder):

An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Stefan,
thank you for the details provided.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce the issue on MySites site collection with SSL turned on. This could be probably restricted by your SharePoint host provider.
Could you please do the following:
1) Create standard document library in MySite and upload email to this library
2) Upload txt file from your computer to the same library using right-click menu - Send to - SharePoint
and let me know the results. Thank you.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Stefan,
thank you for your patience.
Could you please also provide the following information regarding the issue:
1) Can you locate uploaded file in the document library after error message has been displayed?
2) Does it have the same name as on error message?
3) Do you have any workflows/even handlers in this site collection/site/library/content type?
4) Can you reproduce the issue in another site collection (not MySites)?
Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Wilco,
thank you for the details provided.
Currently OnePlaceMail displays libraries/lists only in default language of a site.
This would be a nice enhancement to the product, I’ve added your idea to our backlog and hopefully it'll be available in the one of the next releases.
Thank you for the feedback.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Marisa,
thank you for the details provided.
Filtering is the different process, comparing to the SharePoint Search. For exmaple, if you type "Pat Hawke" in the searchbox in SharePoint in the top right part of the page you won't get the same results.
To implement filtering in the OnePlaceMail window please use the method described in http://community.scinaptic.com/oneplacemail/topics/insert_from_sharepoint_having_a_filter_to_find_your_file_s_to_attach_to_email .
Example:
SharePoint Library:

SharePoint Search results:

SharePoint Filtering results:

OnePlaceMail Filtering results:

An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Hans,
thank you very much for your feedback and questions.
To answer them:
1) This is the SharePoint limitation to display library templates in the language chosen in installation process. I’ve created new OnePlaceMail library templates in http://dl.dropbox.com/u/58378674/ScinapticOnePlaceMailEmailLibrary%20nl-BE.stp" rel="nofollow">Dutch-Belgium and in
An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Hans,
thank you for your update.
To answer your question, you were able to activate Farm Solution because it was previously installed from previous version (5.2 or older) of OnePlaceMail Server Components.
Currently it's only possible to unstall the solution using OnePlaceMail Server Components. When solution is completely uninstalled then the corresponding tabs will disappear from the OnePlaceMail Server Components.
It's better to use Sandbox solution as it has several improvements comparing to the provious versions of Farm Solution, including that fix we are talking about (solution is based on Content Type rather then List Type), https support, etc.
Hope this will help. Please update this topic with the results. Thank you.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHans,
could you please also confirm you are using the OnePlaceMail SharePoint Sandbox Solution v3?
Thank you in advance.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Hans,
thank you for your message.
Image, Audio and Video content types in the standard Asset Library are also based on the "Document" content type, so it's possible to use existing content types for this particular library to perform feature testing.
Please take a look at the following testing results:
1) I've uploaded and activated the OnePlaceMail Sandbox Solution:
https://d37wxxhohlp07s.cloudfront.net/s3_images/820152/12-11-19%20sandbox%20solution.png?1353294044
2) Created new asset library, uploaded chat.txt file (I've selected "Image" content type) and changed the library view to the "All Assets":
https://d37wxxhohlp07s.cloudfront.net/s3_images/820153/12-11-19%20feature.png?1353294229
Information regarding the content type for this feature is stored inside the "elements.xml" file in the OnePlaceMail-SharePoint-Solution-v3.wsp\OnePlaceMailSharePointSolution_Feature1\EmailAsAttachment\Elements.xml:
https://d37wxxhohlp07s.cloudfront.net/s3_images/820155/12-11-19%20elements.png?1353294879
Hope this will help. Please update this topic if you have any question, I'll be happy to help.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Hans,
thank you for reporting the issue.
Custom features (like "Email as Attachment") contain two attributes which determine their availability depending on the List Type or Content Type.
As the "Content Type" is more generic SharePoint entity than the "List Type", the "Email as Attachment" feature is available for the most common parent content type ("Document" with ID 0x0101) and any content type which is based on it.
To solve this issue, please make sure your content type is based on the "Document" content type.
Hope this will help. Please update this topic if you have any questions. Thank you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Andrew,
thank you for reporting this problem.
There is no size limit for files you upload using OnePlaceMail but it's necessary to edit web.config of your web application to increase the maximumRequestLength and executionTimeout:
https://d37wxxhohlp07s.cloudfront.net/s3_images/794342/1.png?1348188888
After that please perform an IISreset.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Ron,
Thank you for your question.
To answer it, yes, it's possible to use Outlook rules to copy/move messages to SharePoint.
Please create standard Outlook rule and select corresponding OnePlaceMail SharePoint folder as destination of copy/move process:

An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Søren,
thank you for reporting this problem.
This email format (X.400) is used when recepeint(s) and sender are members of the same organization. If email was sent to/from external domain, email address will be in usual web-format.
This feature (converting from X.400 to web-format) is already planned and will be available in one of the next OnePlaceMail releases.
Hope this will help. Thank you.

An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Tim,
thank you for your question.
There are two separate configuration areas which could be migrated from Colligo to OnePlaceMail.
1) Capturing email properties (To, From, Subject, etc.)
Colligo has it's own set of columns to capture email properties. To migrate this functionality please use "Custom Column Mapping" settings in OnePlaceMail.
Please refer to the Section "5.1 Custom Mapping of Email Attributes to Columns" of the http://www.scinaptic.com/support/oneplacemail-administrator-guide.html and create mapping from OnePlaceMail columns to Colligo columns
2) Migrating list of libraries/lists/folders from the right-hand side of Outlook:
https://d37wxxhohlp07s.cloudfront.net/s3_images/829906/12-12-12_Colligo2OPM.png?1355276557
Regarding this option please contact me directly by email ilia (аt) scinaptic.com
Hope this will help. Please update this topic if you have any questions, I'll be happy to help. Thank you.

To answer your question, Entreprise Edition of OnePlaceMail has user-based license type (only limited amount of users can use OnePlaceMail).
If you require license for bigger amount of users please feel free to http://www.scinaptic.com/contact-us.html .

An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Nadine,
thank you for your question.
To answer it, SharePoint overwrites any values in the Modified column so it's not possible to write anything into it.
Hope this will help. Please update this topic if you have any questions. Thank you.
An error occurred while saving the comment Ilia Zhukov commentedHi Graham,
thank you for your question.
These values are auto populated if you use OnePlaceMail columns/library/content type from OnePlaceMail SharePoint Sandbox solution or if you create these columns manually.
To capture "From" and "Received datetime" email attributes the library columns should be created (you can rename them later) with names EmFrom and EmDateReceived.
For more information please refer to the Section 5.1 Custom Mapping of Email Attributes to Columns in the http://www.scinaptic.com/support/oneplacemail-administrator-guide.html
and
