How to open links to emails in Outlook
When I receive an email including a link to our sharepoint site it never opens the file but first starts the Internet explorer. Is there a way to change that? Like opening links to emails directly with oneplacemail in outlook, as well as other files?

The selected location is currently unavailable
Hi,
I get the message "The selected location (on the left) is currently unavailable" when I try to select one of the library of my site location.
Everything goes OK with default library "Document" but as far as we created some other libraries like e.g. "Work Documents", it doesn't work. Nevertheless in windows explorer both libraries (Document and Work Documents) shows as being the same (look like folders).

Multiples files attachements on "E-mail as Attachment" from sharepoint is it possible?
hello i am in trialing of the enterprise version of OnePlaceMail. When i use "E-mail as Attachment" i can sen one file but impossible to send multiple file on one email, is it possible? (sorry for my english)

Handling of Document Library folders
So far OnePlaceMail seems to be a great solution when Migrating from Public Folders to Sharepoint. I am in a trial phase with the Express Edition and running into some issues that I hope you can help me with.
Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't seem to figure out document library folders and how they interact with OnePlaceMail.
1) I have a Document Library based off the sanboxed solution. I add this document library to My OnePlaceMail. Subfolders in the document library that appear in sharepoint, do not appear automatically in My OnePlaceMail. I can go to Manage Folders…

Changing ShrPt2010 from Classic to Claims gives an error.
We just changed ShrPt2010 from Classic to Claims in order to accomodate Forms Based Authentication, but still retained Windows Authentication for the internal users. However now they are receiving an "GetListTitleandLicensingStatus" web server error. Any idea what may be causing this?

Getting error when I drag & drop an email to a SharePoint folder
Hi Folks,
When I drag & drop an email on to one of my SharePoint folders in Outlook OnePlaceMail comes up with it's dialog box. I click the Save button and it starts to save the email. The email is saved on to our SharePoint server but doesn't have any of the attributes I've defined for it. Also I get the error "Cannot access a closed Stream."

Index the sharepoint files to increase speed and allow for searching.
Add indexing of sharepoint folders to increase speed and allow searching. It is somewhat tedious to constantly navigate through the sharepoint tree when there are thousands of folders. If when prompted where to save the email/file, you could search for the folder rather than navigating to it, that would help out tremendously.

Does OnePlaceMail support (root) wildcard inclusions?
If root(/) is the wildcard inclusion and there is no root site collections and all the site collections are crested using root wildcard inclusion.

Mails with identical Name and different content
Hello,
we receive mails with identical sender, subject and sent time but with different content. OnePlaceMail rejects saving all of them into SharePoint because it classifies them as double mails. How is it possible to achive these mails into SharePoint?

Is there a Save to SharePoint default location so users do not get to choose?
Hi, I would like my users to save to SharePoint without having to choose the location, a true one click option. Can I set a default save location and not have them see the Save to SharePoint window?

Does OnePlaceMail support OR can the API be used to create Cascading/filtered dropdown lists?
For example, Pick a Client Code then pick a Project Code, with the Project Code dropdown only listing the projects for the Client Code selected.

Using Audiences
When uploading a file in SharePoint I can capture list attributes and Target Audiences. How can I get OnePlaceMail to also do that? It prompts for the list attributres but not the Target Audience.

Error when clicking "email as attachment"
Hello,
we are unable to use the "Email As Attachment" feature since a pop-up warning is always shown (as described in the article "How Do I Stop the Internet Explorer Warning when using E-mail as Attachment?" located at
http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0088.html )
The sharepoint site is trusted and the "Initialize and Script ActiveX controls not marked as safe" in the Trusted zone has been enabled as suggested. Yet we are not able to email as attachment.
Note that our sharepoint portal uses HTTPS, while HTTP is blocked. Thank you.

no template in site collection after installing and activating the sharepoint sandbox solution
We want to test OnePlaceMail and installed and activated the sharepoint sandbox solution. Also we changed the security settings according to your explanations in the internet explorer. Unfortunately the solution does not show up in the site collection. We have Office 365.

Error saving e-mail over the Internet
Hi,
using express version of the software, sometimes during saving operation appears the following error
"The underlying connection was closed: a connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server"
Really it happens working connected to the LAN of only one customer of ours.
Do you have any idea about it?

Synonym and Term Label is displayed when choosing a Managed Metadata value
When I am profiling a document and open a managed metadata field to browse available values, the synonyms of the terms are displayed in the list as well as the term labels themselves. Shouldn't we just be seeing the term labels? This is confusing for data entry.
