  1. Option to change OnePlaceMail view

    Are we able to have an option to change between the "AllMinimal" view and a more Outlook-native view?

    Our Legal team complains about the speed of loading the HTML view AllMinimal in Outlook versus using a more Outlook-native view. It would be great to get the functionality of OnePlaceMail with the speed of the (read only) SharePoint List connections.

  2. Copying file triggering Auto Update Check Error

    We are using the the Express Edition and some users are getting the error message that they cannot move emails to the OnePlaceMail SharePoint folder. It would try to check for updates and generate an error message saying check is failing; cannot connect to the remote server. it gives the licensing link for scinaptic and we are able to go the that url that was given. Please advise.

  3. Unable to run setup.exe (Express edition)

    Unable to run setup.exe (OnePlaceMail Express)

    Error reported :

    "an error occured attempting to install Scinaptic OnePlaceMail"

    Unable to locate application file "FileToWSSOutlookAddInSetup-x86.msi"

  4. Error when saving to sharepoint

    When saving to sharepoint an error occurs, some documents will save to sharepoint but will receive the default content type and default meta data options only, not the ones specified, wehave server version 5.0 and client 5.2

  5. Single enterprise license

    Is it possible to buy just an single or two enterprise license? I would like to use the full features of this create product.

    If so where can I do that. On the web site there was possibility to order only 10 or more enterprise licenses.

  7. Allow users to check for a new version easily?

    I would love a "Check for Updates" feature.

  9. How to experiment with the current Express Edition with old Server-Side edition still installed?

    We licensed Oneplacemail a few years ago but never used it. We are again considering this as a solution and would like to experiment with the express edition. However, we still have the server-side version installed. When I try to move an email to a folder, I get this message

    OnePlaceMail Server components are out-of-date....

    Server components version: 4.3

    Client versin 6.1.1

    How can I experiment with the express edition?

  10. Ask me every time I send an email

    Hi I am using the Express edition and I can easily save an email in my inbox to SharePoint 2010.

    Is there a way I can get a prompt every time I send an email, so I remember to file important emails into SharePoint

  11. How to get around "Too Many eMail Recipients"? (I hate u 401 error)

    So far I LOVE this product, LOVE IT!!!

    HOWEVER we're found one TRULY fatal flaw that I'm hoping someone can help me with... Number of eMail recipients. There seems to be some definite maximum capacity regarding how many recipients there can be in an eMail that will successfully move/copy to SharePoint 2010 via OnePlaceMail.

    We have the Express Edition working great with ONE exception, if we want to copy/move a mail to a SharePoint (2010) Library, everything works according to documentation EXCEPT the upload fails if there are "too many" recipients of the original mail.

  13. Viewing email In Sharepoint - Outlook 2007

    When I click on the email in SharePoint and using Outlook 2010 I get the the option to view or save. With Outlook 2007 I only get the option to save. I can I get the option to view. We need to be able to open the email in SharePoint using Outlook 2007.
