    Thank you for your suggestion. I have added this to our product backlog as a suggestion.

    The OnePlaceMail search uses the SharePoint search. Using the search field for either name/title should return the a correct result, assuming that a crawl has been completed.

    We will consider how we can make this an easier process in the event of a file being resaved with a new filename.

    Also, it may help in your scenario to use the OnePlaceMail filter, which will filter results with type ahead to return matching results.

    Hi Jon

    Thanks for your posts. We don't have an API for this. Also we don't support direct modification of the config.xml file - however as you may be aware - it is possible to directly modify the file.

    Also as you may have found, when modifying this changes you make will be available on the Outlook Navigation Pane immediately without having to restart Outlook.

    Could you please advise if this error appears consistently when attempting to save to SharePoint, and whether it appears on only one document library.

    Are you able to turn on logging in OnePlaceMail to assist in pinpointing what might be going on.

    To do this please go to the OnePlaceMail tab in Outlook --> Settings --> Outlook and tick the "Enable application Logging" (support)

    Could you then please reproduce the error, and return to the above location and select the "Open Log File Location"

    Can you also try to upload a document directly in SharePoint, where you are receiving this error - please let me know the result.

    Yes, you should be able to search for attachments once they have been uploaded via OnePlaceMail.

    This would be dependent on the search settings in SharePoint, in regards to crawl. Are you able to advise if you can find an item that has been previously uploaded\?

    Currently, this is a known issue and has been resolved in our upcoming release.

    At the present time, to workaround this problem we suggest to add common or favourite locations to your 'Manage My OnePlaceMail Folders".

    I will update this thread, when R6.6 is available for download.

    Could you please confirm you are using the same set of credentials to log into your machine, as to your SharePoint site.

    If your SharePoint site requires different credentials, please add this to the tab in OnePlaceMail Settings --> Credentials.

    We are not currently aware of OnePlaceMail causing any issue with slowness.

    As a test, would it be possible to install Fiddler to assist in determining what might be causing the issue? You are able to download Fiddler via the following link: http://www.telerik.com/fiddler

    Could you please advise if this occurs when accessing other lists?

    If possible, could you please provide a screenshot of the list settings. Also could you please enable logging (OnePlaceMail Settings, Outlook, select 'Enable Application Logging (Support) - close & reopen Outlook.

    Thank you for providing this further information.

    The software should install regardless of the user profile name. I have tested and confirmed this on a Windows 8 / Office 2013 test computer.

    Could you please try to install the software as admin (right click, Run as Administrator) and advise the outcome.

    Microsoft VSTO Runtime is installed part of MS Office 2010, but may have encountered an issue when being installed.

    Could you please clarify the third party product you are referencing.

    OnePlaceMail does not support other third party products.

    Regarding attaching a pdf from adobe to email, this is on our roadmap for a future release, which will allow OnePlaceMail to support pdf files in the same manner as the Office suite (Productivity Tools)
